- We routinely drive by your properties and do walk-thru inspections twice yearly to look for any conditions that may need attention (plumbing, repairs, etc.). We schedule furnace checks and dryer vent cleanouts every 1-2 years.

- Tenants are provided with their own Tenant portal where they can pay their rent electronically, see their Tenant ledger, request maintenance, send us messages, etc. Tenants have the convenience of being able to pay their rent payment manually each month or set it to “auto pay.”
- We provide a state-of-the-art Owner’s portal on Buildium.com, so that you can see what’s going on with your properties at any time.
- We provide you with monthly statements and yearly tax documents.
